You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. Curvelavogue sells only to customers in the United States and ships only to US addresses.

• All items are subject to availability. We may update product descriptions, prices and images at any time.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. Orders affected by a pricing error may be canceled and fully refunded.

3. How Orders Are Accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, a payment issue, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. Once an order has been processed or shipped, a cancellation may no longer be possible, and our Returns & Refunds Policy applies instead. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

All content on this site, including text, product photos, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Curvelavogue Boutique and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
